Location : [On-site, Kolkata] Job Type : [Full-time] Experience Level : 7+ years in PPC & SEO Role Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PPC & SEO Expert to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to drive high-quality traffic, improve conversions, and maximize ROI. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns while staying updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes. Key Responsibilities PPC Management: Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic campaigns . Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and A/B testing for maximum ROI. Manage shopping ads, display ads, video ads, and performance max campaigns . Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide detailed performance reports. Implement remarketing & conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. SEO Strategy & Execution: Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities. Develop content strategies aligned with SEO best practices. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies . Optimize website structure, metadata, schema markup, and internal linking. Improve Core Web Vitals, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability . Monitor rankings, traffic, and organic performance using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio for tracking. Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency. Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and collaborate with content, design, and development teams. Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI-driven SEO trends, and automation tools . Work closely with stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ 7+ years of hands-on experience in PPC & SEO. ✅ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog). ✅ Strong understanding of technical SEO, local SEO, and e-commerce SEO. ✅ Proven track record of improving rankings, reducing CPA, and increasing ROAS. ✅ Advanced knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento). ✅ Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO are a plus. ✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AI-powered SEO tools (SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper). Knowledge of CRO, UX optimization, and voice search SEO.
