Job Description We are looking for a skilled Planning Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource management, issue resolution, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with overall project goals and deadlines. Collaborate with Project Heads and Project Coordinators to establish strategic objectives and work schedules. Quality and Accuracy Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. Conduct regular assessments to maintain accuracy in project deliverables. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and maintain detailed documents for Resource Analysis (RA) Bills with accuracy and compliance. Generate and present daily progress reports to the Regional Head as required. Resource Management Manage, monitor, and maintain all construction site resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower. Optimize resource utilization and propose efficiency improvements. Issue Resolution Address and resolve local site issues to foster a healthy and peaceful working environment. Work with relevant authorities to handle government-related concerns efficiently. Property Management Oversee the management and maintenance of company properties and assets. Regulatory Compliance Ensure all construction activities comply with industry regulations and standards for STP, water supply, and drainage systems. Collaboration Work closely with Project Heads and Coordinators to ensure smooth communication and project execution. Register Maintenance Maintain registers for data collection and record-keeping to support project documentation. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices in project planning and execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Additional Information 3-5 years of experience in construction project planning and execution. Strong knowledge of construction planning, resource management, and regulatory compliance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
