The candidate will be responsible for site execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of the project. Job Skills Regularly liaise with subcontractors, architects, engineers, surveyors, planners, supervisors & anyone else involved in the project. Frequently meet with the client to update them on the progress of the project. Monitor and interpret technical designs and drawings, ensuring they are applied correctly. Negotiate, agree and oversee (with quantity surveyors) the choice and price of materials to be utilized on the project. Set out, level and survey the site. Manage the site on a day-to-day basis. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer to oversee site activities for construction . The ideal candidate will have prior knowledge and hands-on experience in construction site management, coordinating, designing, and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within a larger civil engineering project to ensure they are integrated seamlessly with the civil structure. Key Responsibilities: 1) Understanding the basic design concept of the Electrical, ELV, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial building. Understanding the concept of design built drawing & critical study in terms of value engineering, techno commercial aspect, maintenance, Electricity act & NBC. 2) Carry out load calculations, cable sizing, voltage drop, and protection coordination as per project requirements. 3) Study the BOQ, Tender & able to provide comments on the same for Vendor finalization. Review and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications for MEP works. 4) Vendor management from kick off meeting till Handover of the project with day to day management, resource management, schedule management as per MSP & senior management requirement. 5) Amicable resolution of all site issues by involving & coordinating all stakeholders at site like Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant ,BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Contract team, design, safety, quality team etc. 6) Ability to suitably communicate the Power Supply Agency as and when required. 7) Concentration on cost effective & innovative thinking, digital acumen are necessary. 8) Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. 9) Motivation to grow in the organization & sharing knowledge with colleague & having dedicated intention to bring the sub-ordinate at higher level is prerequisite. Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, SLDs, Electrical layouts, Plumbing, and fire safety systems. Hands-on knowledge of PLC panel wiring, I/O mapping, and control system documentation. Familiarity with industry standards (IS, IEC, and relevant electrical codes). Exposure to panel fabrication processes and testing. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other electrical drafting tools. Knowledge of EPLAN or similar design tools is an added advantage. Strong analytical, numerical, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
