Job Summary:

Team Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of team leads or individual contributors.
• Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.

• Operations Management:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Implement process improvements and promote operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

• Strategic Execution:

• Translate senior management directives into actionable plans.
• Report on team performance and escalate issues when needed.
• Contribute to departmental planning and execution.

• Communication & Reporting:

• Serve as a communication bridge between senior management and team members.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on team metrics.
• Facilitate feedback loops between levels of the organization.

• Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience, with 2–4 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in project management and performance tracking tools.
• Good communication and conflict-resolution skills.
