Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading the backbone of our brand, including Supply Chain, Factory Operations, and Warehousing. This high-ownership role will involve working closely with leadership to establish scalable, efficient, and tech-enabled operations processes. Responsibilities: - Own the End-to-End Supply Chain: - Manage procurement to last-mile delivery, ensuring smooth coordination across factories, warehouses, and logistics partners. - Handle demand planning, quality assurance, and onboarding of new manufacturing units while ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance standards. - Process Optimization: - Identify opportunities for process improvements in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels. - Lead WMS adoption, track stock movements, maintain healthy inventory levels, and reduce fulfillment errors or stockouts. - Leverage Tech & Analytics for Scale: - Utilize ERP tools, dashboards, and forecasting models to bring efficiency and visibility into operations. A strong command of data is a must. - Build & Lead High-Performance Ops: - Coordinate cross-functionally with CX, Finance, Product & Marketing to build SOPs, reduce costs, and proactively solve problems to prevent bottlenecks. - Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, providing training, and ensuring KPIs are met.
