Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading our Supply Chain, Factory Operations, and Warehousing functions. Working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for building scalable, efficient, and tech-enabled operational processes. Responsibilities: - Own the End-to-End Supply Chain: - Manage procurement to last-mile delivery, ensuring smooth coordination across factories, warehouses, and logistics partners. - Handle demand planning, quality assurance, and onboarding of new manufacturing units while ensuring adherence to timelines and compliance standards. - Process Optimization: - Identify opportunities for process improvements in warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance service levels. - Lead WMS adoption, track stock movements, maintain inventory levels, and reduce fulfillment errors or stockouts. - Leverage Tech & Analytics for Scale: - Utilize ERP tools, dashboards, and forecasting models to bring efficiency and visibility into operations. A strong command of data is essential. - Build & Lead High-Performance Ops: - Coordinate cross-functionally with CX, Finance, Product & Marketing to build SOPs, reduce costs, and address challenges proactively. - Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a high-performance culture, providing training, and ensuring KPIs are met. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in operations/supply chain, preferably in FMCG/D2C industries. - Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset. - Experience with ERP/WMS systems, advanced Excel/Sheets skills (knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus).
