Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Manager Operations for our brand event management projects. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of events while driving impactful marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and attendee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Event Planning & Coordination:

  Oversee the planning and execution of all logistics, including vendor management, venue selection, timelines, and on-site operations.

• Budget Management:

  Manage event budgets and ensure all projects are completed on time and within financial parameters.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event delivery, managing both marketing and operational elements effectively.

• Supplier & Vendor Relations:

  Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage the logistics of delivering their services seamlessly on the event day.

• On-Site Execution:

  Take charge of event operations, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly, from registration to technical support, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in event management with a focus on both marketing and operations.
• Proven track record in managing corporate events and brand activations.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
