Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing:

  • Act as the main liaison between the client and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients’ business goals, brand positioning, and social media objectives.
  • Lead regular client meetings, reviews, and presentations.
  • Manage client expectations, proactively addressing issues and providing timely solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all social media campaigns, reports, and deliverables.

Account Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Coordinate with creative, content, design, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality work.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and present campaign results to clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell social media services to grow account revenue.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor junior team members in client communication and project management.
  • Ensure clarity of briefs and effective coordination among internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and timeliness across all projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in social media account management or client servicing roles, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts successfully.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and paid media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
