We’re now looking for a Business Manager to take the reins on operations, talent, and growth. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a high-impact tech company from Srinagar with a global vision . Your Mission: Lead the internal engine of Clouvy Labs — hire sharp minds, build scalable systems, and align the business to deliver real outcomes at global standards. You’ll Be Responsible For: Building and managing core team structures — from recruitment to retention Running day-to-day operations with systems that scale Driving strategic execution across projects and partnerships Setting up hybrid team workflows (local + remote) with clarity and accountability Acting as the operational backbone in Srinagar — from logistics to team culture Working closely with the founder to align business, product, and monetization strategy You’ll Need: 3–5+ years in business operations, team leadership , or startup/agency scaling Proven experience in hiring , performance management, and organizational growth Strong understanding of tech team workflows — especially in SaaS or AI-based products Sharp decision-making, independence, and problem-solving under pressure Preference for candidates based in Srinagar or open to hybrid work from the region Why Clouvy Labs?
