About the Role

This role focuses exclusively on opportunity discovery, validation, and early GTM strategy — not paid ads execution.

You will work directly with founders to:

• Discover SaaS opportunities using deep research

• Validate market demand, competitors, and user needs

• Define personas, positioning, and MVP direction

• Build frameworks for repeatable product launches

• Shape the early product and growth roadmap

This is a high-ownership, strategic role for someone who can think like a founder.

Responsibilities

* Identify 2–3 high-potential SaaS opportunities through structured research

* Build detailed opportunity reports with demand, competition, and feasibility insights

* Validate ideas using waitlists, landing tests, and qualitative signals

* Define user personas, problem statements, and positioning

* Shape MVP scope with the engineering team

* Develop early GTM foundations (messaging, ICP, funnels, roadmap inputs)

* Create a repeatable system for idea → validation → launch

Requirements

7–12 years in SaaS research, product strategy, or growth intelligence

* Proven experience discovering SaaS opportunities, not just marketing existing products

* Strong analytical and research background

* Ability to convert market gaps into clear product directions

* Strong understanding of SaaS GTM fundamentals

* Excellent writing + presentation skills

* Portfolio or case studies demonstrating research + validation work (mandatory)

Compensation

• ₹80,000/month during probation
• ₹1,00,000/month after probation
• Up to ₹12 LPA + performance incentives
