Your Role

• Work directly with the founder to establish systems, workflows, and processes
• Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth execution
• Hire and coordinate the first core team (developers, designers, and ops)
• Oversee internal communication, accountability, and team output
• Handle client coordination, proposals, and relationship management
• Support business development and explore new growth opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business management, operations, or project management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (written & verbal)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
• Experience using tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, or Google Workspace
• Based in Srinagar or willing to work hybrid from the city
• Committed to a full-time schedule (~48 hrs/week, Mon–Sat)

Compensation

₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)

🎯 Performance-based bonuses
