Business Manager - Operation & Growth

📍 Hybrid (Srinagar Preferred) | 🕒 Full-time (~48 hrs/week, Monday–Saturday) | 🌍 Global SaaS & AI Focus

At Clouvy Labs, we’re building AI-powered automation tools and SaaS products for international businesses. Our goal is to simplify operations and create intelligent software that drives real impact.

We’re currently in the founding stage — setting up operations, building our first team, and preparing to launch globally. You’ll be joining at the very beginning, working directly with the founder to build the company’s foundation and scale it with structure and vision.

Your Role

Work directly with the founder to establish systems, workflows, and processes

Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth execution

Hire and coordinate the first core team (developers, designers, and ops)

Oversee internal communication, accountability, and team output

Handle client coordination, proposals, and relationship management

Support business development and explore new growth opportunities

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in business management, operations, or project management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication (written & verbal)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment

Experience using tools like Slack, Trello, Notion, or Google Workspace

Based in Srinagar or willing to work hybrid from the city

Committed to a full-time schedule (~48 hrs/week, Mon–Sat)

Compensation

₹28,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
