Your Mission:

Lead the internal engine of Clouvy Labs — hire sharp minds, build scalable systems, and align the business to deliver real outcomes at global standards.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Building and managing

  core team structures

  — from recruitment to retention
• Running

  day-to-day operations

  with systems that scale
• Driving

  strategic execution

  across projects and partnerships
• Setting up

  hybrid team workflows

  (local + remote) with clarity and accountability
• Acting as the

  operational backbone

  in Srinagar — from logistics to team culture
• Working closely with the founder to align business, product, and monetization strategy

You’ll Need:

• 3–5+ years in

  business operations, team leadership

  , or

  startup/agency scaling

• Proven experience in

  hiring

  , performance management, and organizational growth
• Strong understanding of

  tech team workflows

  — especially in SaaS or AI-based products
• Sharp decision-making, independence, and problem-solving under pressure
• Preference for candidates

  based in Srinagar or open to hybrid work from the region
