The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design, storytelling ability, and photography skills. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos during events and turning them into beautifully crafted albums that reflect the essence of the occasion. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Photography: • Capture high-resolution photos during weddings, events, portraits, and studio sessions. • Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition of shots. • Coordinate with clients and the team for shoot planning and execution. • Edit and retouch photographs to enhance quality while maintaining authenticity. Album Design: • Conceptualize and design creative album layouts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Album Express. • Organize and select the best photographs for album inclusion based on event flow. • Maintain aesthetic consistency and storytelling throughout the album. • Collaborate with printing vendors for high-quality final outputs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), content creation, analytics, and audience engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and others). Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals. Manage day-to-day posting, stories, reels, and community engagement. Monitor trends and apply creative strategies to increase reach. Collaborate with the design team for creatives, reels, and videos. 2. Meta Ads Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Run lead generation, traffic, engagement, sales, and brand awareness campaigns. Manage ad budgets and track performance using Ads Manager. Analyze campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and provide actionable insights. A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve results. 3. Analytics & Reporting Track social media growth, engagement, and campaign performance. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
