Social Media Manager

Job Description:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media channels for our garment brand and spa services. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, an eye for design, and the ability to produce engaging content that aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) for both garment and spa divisions.
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
• Conduct live videos for product showcases, spa promotions, and audience engagement.
• Develop monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage customer interactions.
• Track performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for review.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, etc.
• Good communication skills and confidence for live video sessions.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience in the fashion, beauty, or wellness industry is an advantage.
