About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, insight-led Senior Account Executive who can shape brand narratives, craft content strategies, and ensure the highest quality across all client communication. You will be responsible for brand positioning, planning content frameworks, tracking cultural trends, and ensuring every output is aligned, polished, and strategically relevant.

This role is ideal for someone who combines sharp strategic thinking with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and refine brand strategies, narratives, and positioning for clients.
  • Translate business and marketing goals into actionable brand objectives.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for long-term brand differentiation.

2. Content & Campaign Planning

  • Create content strategies, monthly calendars, and integrated campaign frameworks.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the broader brand and business strategy.
  • Provide structured briefs to design, copy, and video teams for seamless execution.

3. Cultural & Consumer Insighting

  • Stay updated on culture, consumer behaviour, digital trends, and industry shifts.
  • Turn insights into actionable content ideas and strategic directions.
  • Build insight-led briefs for creative, design, and video teams.

4. Quality Control of Outgoing Communication

  • Review, proofread, and approve all content before publishing.
  • Ensure: right asset, right copy, right platform, right timing.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, grammar, style, and brand voice.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  • Monitor content and campaign performance regularly.
  • Suggest data-driven improvements and strategic refinements.
  • Collaborate with performance or analytics teams to refine content approaches.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration & Ownership

  • Maintain close coordination with clients for alignment and clarity.
  • Work collaboratively with design, copy, video, and digital teams.
  • Take full ownership of timelines, quality, and deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Branding, Journalism, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in brand strategy, PR strategy, content strategy, or digital communications.
  • Strong understanding of brand building, consumer insighting, and content structure.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating performance.
  • High attention to detail with strong proofreading capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables and collaborate cross-functionally.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
