Senior Operations Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Senior Associate – Operations to support data-driven client engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data and research projects, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining quality standards, and handling client communications with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand client requirements across various data and research projects.
• Execute assigned projects and ensure on-time delivery with a high level of accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and maintain standard documentation and handle routine client communications.
• Create analytical reports to summarize and interpret data insights.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or gaps, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity, confidentiality, and security policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of total work experience in operations, data, or research-related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
