Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delivery issues promptly. Handle supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and delivery terms in collaboration with procurement. Implement best practices for storage, stock handling, and order fulfillment across all stores. Monitor and minimize losses due to damage, theft, or inefficiencies in the supply chain. Provide training and guidance to store teams on proper inventory procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations, Inventory, or Supply Chain , preferably in large chain retail companies. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively under pressure.
