Job Overview:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Salesperson / Sales Promoter. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment with company accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the store
• Promote and demonstrate products to customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain clean and well-organized product displays
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets
• Share customer feedback with the team
• Coordinate with inventory/billing staff as needed

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
• Experience: Freshers welcome
• Languages: Telugu, Hindi, or English (basic communication required)
• Age: 18 to 30 years
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and on weekends
