Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹100,000 (based on experience & certification)
Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

• Certified Apple Authorized Service Technician (AST) or Samsung Authorized Service Technician (SAT) – Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile/laptop repair & service
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and spare parts handling
• Ability to maintain high-quality service standards as per brand guidelines
• Good communication skills and customer service approach

Responsibilities:

• Perform hardware & software diagnosis, repair, and replacement for Apple/Samsung devices
• Handle warranty & out-of-warranty service cases as per OEM protocols
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with authorized service standards
• Coordinate with supply chain/store team for spare parts and service materials
• Deliver customer satisfaction through professional and timely service

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
