Senior Operations Executive

As a Placement Lead/ DPL at apna.co, your key job purpose is to lead a team of Traffic Incharges to push truck procurement at the best freight rates. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Traffic Incharges to push truck procurement at the best freight rates - Building relationships with existing Booking offices and driving indent procurement - Onboarding new booking offices - Enabling better matchmaking by maintaining and engaging a base of supply partners - Driving smooth operations through cross-functional collaboration with central operations teams - Timely vehicle tracking and monitoring Performance Metrics you will be evaluated on include: - Indent Procurement - Truck Placement - Average Freight Value Per Order - Margin % As a suitable candidate for this role, you should have: - Education: Graduate preferred but not mandatory - Work Experience: Minimum 2 years, Maximum 5 years - Specifications: Candidates from a traffic background in traditional transport organizations are preferred. Strong negotiation skills are essential. Foundational Competencies (Mandatory): 1.
