Key responsibilities:

Candidate should have experience and possess core competency in procurement of civil construction & interiors finishes activities.

• Active involvement in tendering, procurement & contractual processes
• Handling all commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance including review and renewal of annual rate contracts of various plant locations.
• Vendor development – Sourcing and evaluating vendors in terms of financial stability and competence.
• Tendering / PO related activities - 1. Coordinate with various vendors for floating inquiries, receive quotes, invite them for negotiation 2. Techno-commercial comparison / Rate analysis 3. Finalization of contract.
• Generating Purchase Orders in SAP/Ivalua system.
• Coordination with the contractors/vendors, transporters, and site engineers for timely completion of work / delivery of material as per schedule.
• Coordination with site engineers and accounts for timely processing of bills and payments to suppliers and contractors.
• Preparing monthly reports related to commercial activities

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

BE / B. Tech - Civil with Construction procurement specialization

Experience

Tenure:

• Civil Engineer with SAP/Ivalua, MS-Project, CAD, MS-office with proficiency in Excel and Power Point

• Min 5 to 8 years’ experience civil procurement
