Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of reactors, agitators, pumps, compressors, blowers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, piping systems, columns, valves, scrubbers and specialized equipment, conveyors ,Mechanical seals, RO plants ,cooling towers ,Chillers etc.
2. Safely handle and maintain systems involving hazardous chemicals such as Nitric Acid, Acetic ,acid ,BLO , sulfuric acid
3. Maintain and troubleshoot Teflon-lined piping, columns, and corrosion-resistant equipment.
4. Ensure compliance with explosives safety standards, hazardous area maintenance practices, and statutory regulations.
5. Plan and implement annual shutdown maintenance and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs. 6. Maintain equipment history card
