"Perform maintenance, repair, and advanced troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on power presses (16200 Ton) and associated equipment. Interpret and analyze electrical schematics, PLC ladder diagrams, SCADA, and other automation systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure reliable functionality and uptime of press machines, feeders, coilers, decoilers, and other related machinery. Maintain strict compliance with safety standards; identify and mitigate hazards proactively. Accurately record maintenance activities, maintain equipment history, and generate periodic performance reports. Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment efficiency. Manage spare parts inventory to ensure critical components are readily available for timely repairs." Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, specifically in Press Machines, VMCs, WEDM Machines, and Electroplating lines.
