Key Responsibilities

Candidate should have experience and possess core competency in procurement of civil construction & interiors finishes activities.

Active involvement in tendering, procurement & contractual processes
Handling all commercial activities related to civil projects and maintenance including review and renewal of annual rate contracts of various plant locations.
Vendor development – Sourcing and evaluating vendors in terms of financial stability and competence.
Tendering / PO related activities - 1. Coordinate with various vendors for floating inquiries, receive quotes, invite them for negotiation 2. Techno-commercial comparison / Rate analysis 3. Finalization of contract.
Generating Purchase Orders in SAP/Ivalua system.
Coordination with the contractors/vendors, transporters, and site engineers for timely completion of work / delivery of material as per schedule.
Coordination with site engineers and accounts for timely processing of bills and payments to suppliers and contractors.
Preparing monthly reports related to commercial activities

Educational Qualification

BE / B. Tech - Civil with Construction procurement specialization

Experience

Tenure :

Civil Engineer with SAP/Ivalua, MS-Project, CAD, MS-office with proficiency in Excel and Power Point
Min 5 to 8 years’ experience civil procurement
