Role Summary:

The resource will be responsible for managing, supporting, and implementing complex enterprise networking environments. This includes Level 2 support for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and Data Center networks, project execution, vulnerability patching, and coordination with global teams for network deployment and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Operations & Support (Level 2):

• Troubleshoot Level 2 Wi-Fi/LAN issues across enterprise networks.
• Handle Level 2 Business-As-Usual (BAU) issues in Data Center environments.
• Perform firewall flow analysis and troubleshooting.
• Conduct Wi-Fi surveys, especially for Mini/Small branch sites.
• Identify and resolve issues like packet drops, link flapping, and HSRP flapping.
• Troubleshoot issues on Cisco Catalyst/Nexus switches, routers, SDWAN, LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Aruba Wireless, SCBRACK, and Load Balancers.

2. Network Implementation & Project Execution:

• Prepare and apply base configurations on LAN/WAN devices.
• Execute deployment projects for Mini, Small, Medium, and Large sites.
• Work with regional teams for:
• Rack and stack of networking devices.
• Link tracking and coordination with local carriers.
• Wi-Fi site surveys and implementation support.
• Work closely with the SRA (Service Readiness Assurance) team for handover and support post-deployment.
• Ensure all new devices are onboarded into the monitoring tools.

3. Change & Incident Management:

• Participate in and lead Major Incident Management (MIM) calls.
• Organize daily calls for Incident & SRM (Service Request Management) ticket reviews to ensure continual service improvements.
• Prepare and verify technical documents including:
• TIDs (Technical Implementation Documents)
• MCCs (Method of Change Control)
• LLDs (Low-Level Designs)
• Network diagrams
• Device checklists
• SRA checklists
• Coordinate and execute high-level change activities.
• Ensure successful execution of DR drills.

4. Security, Compliance & Upgrades:

• Apply CVE (Common Vulnerability Exposure) patches and perform IOS upgrades.
• Perform license upgrades and ensure compliance.
• Ensure the implementation of critical vulnerability fixes in line with global standards.
• Participate in and support the System Acceptance Testing (SAT) process.

  Global deployments under the SWAN (Software WAN) project. Support is expected across all regions.

• Available to support global project deliverables across time zones.
• Provide extended post-implementation support for deployments.
• Ensure detailed documentation and handover processes are followed.
