Technical Requirement:

• Any Technical Graduate
• 3+ years

Desirable:

• Hands on experience in Switching, Routing, Wireless & Firewall
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools & techniques
• Ready for work as Backup Engineer and Shift environment

Job Requirements:

• Proper understanding all types of hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, access points etc. and their configuration
• Usage of common network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, IP addressing and some common networking protocols like IPv4 and IPv6.
• Knowledge of various Networking Services such as directories, files, distributed applications, email, HTTP, FTP, DNS, and some other common services.
• Knowledge of ISP/Communication Providers and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).
• Knowledge of Firewalls and load balancer.
• Must have knowledge to implement Wireless Infrastructure at Enterprise customer.
• Must have implementation knowledge of NAC solution ISE, ClearPass
• Must have good understanding of SDWAN Solution.

• Will work on all network environment of all our clients
• Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s Security team
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Day to day network reports
