Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an AV Support Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The AV Support Engineer will manage and troubleshoot AV systems, ensure proper functioning of AV equipment during events and meetings, conduct regular maintenance checks, and provide technical support for AV-related issues. The individual will coordinate with clients and team members to deliver seamless AV experiences, performing tasks such as setup, configuration, and operation of AV systems. Qualifications Audio-Visual (AV) equipment management and troubleshooting skills Experience in AV system setup, configuration, and operation Technical support and customer service skills Knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure as it relates to AV systems Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Relevant certifications in AV or IT fields are a plus Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience Show more Show less
