Senior NetSuite Administrator

Role summary

Own NetSuite administration end-to-end. You’ll configure finance and order-fulfilment flows, harden access and controls, automate with workflows/scripts, and deliver reliable reporting/searches that the business can trust.

What you’ll own

• Bundles & Installations:

  Deploy/upgrade SuiteApps across sandbox/production; validate dependencies and rollback plans.

• Subsidiary & Accounting Setups:

  Configure subsidiaries, chart of accounts, tax schedules, fiscal calendars, multi-currency, and entity records.

• Roles & Access Management:

  Create/maintain roles, permissions, and groups; enforce least-privilege and periodic access reviews.

• Order Management & Configurations:

  Set up sales order lifecycles, item types, pricing, approvals and returns flows.

• Pick, Pack, Ship:

  Configure fulfilment strategies, locations, bins, and statuses; ensure accurate inventory movements and shipping docs.

• Billing & Vendor Management:

  Define invoicing schedules, billing rules, credits/adjustments; maintain vendor records, approval chains, and procurement settings.

• Payables & Receivables:

  Optimise AP/AR processes—payment terms, dunning rules, bank/GL mapping, and reconciliation touch points.

• Workflows & Script Deployments:

  Build/maintain SuiteFlow workflows; deploy and monitor SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) with safe change controls.

• Reports, Saved Searches & SQL:

  Deliver Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards; use SuiteAnalytics/SQL (where applicable) for reconciliations and audit-ready reporting.
