Role summary Work with our team to integrate and configure Transport Management Software. You’ll help connect systems via APIs, set up carriers and warehouse locations, and implement shipping policies with the right logistics rules (HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, inventory segmentation). What you’ll do API integration between systems: Assist in building and maintaining integrations between the TMS and other platforms (e.g., ERP/OMS/WMS), ensuring data flows reliably. Carrier configuration: Set up carrier accounts, service levels, and related options so rates/labels/shipments behave as intended. Warehouse & locations: Configure warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfilment practices. Shipping policies: Implement business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable. Logistics frameworks: Apply correct HS Codes , Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration. What you’ll bring Hands-on experience with a TMS (e.g., ShipHawk , ShipStation , or an equivalent). Practical experience integrating systems via APIs . Real-world configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies. Working knowledge of HS Codes , Dangerous Goods , and inventory segmentation .
Role summary Own NetSuite administration end-to-end. You’ll configure finance and order-fulfilment flows, harden access and controls, automate with workflows/scripts, and deliver reliable reporting/searches that the business can trust. What you’ll own Bundles & Installations: Deploy/upgrade SuiteApps across sandbox/production; validate dependencies and rollback plans. Subsidiary & Accounting Setups: Configure subsidiaries, chart of accounts, tax schedules, fiscal calendars, multi-currency, and entity records. Roles & Access Management: Create/maintain roles, permissions, and groups; enforce least-privilege and periodic access reviews. Order Management & Configurations: Set up sales order lifecycles, item types, pricing, approvals and returns flows. Pick, Pack, Ship: Configure fulfilment strategies, locations, bins, and statuses; ensure accurate inventory movements and shipping docs. Billing & Vendor Management: Define invoicing schedules, billing rules, credits/adjustments; maintain vendor records, approval chains, and procurement settings. Payables & Receivables: Optimise AP/AR processes—payment terms, dunning rules, bank/GL mapping, and reconciliation touch points. Workflows & Script Deployments: Build/maintain SuiteFlow workflows; deploy and monitor SuiteScript (1.0/2.x) with safe change controls. Reports, Saved Searches & SQL: Deliver Saved Searches, KPIs, dashboards; use SuiteAnalytics/SQL (where applicable) for reconciliations and audit-ready reporting. What makes you a fit 3+ years hands-on NetSuite Administration covering the areas above. Proven track record shipping Workflows and safe SuiteScript deployments. Depth in Saved Searches/Reporting and comfort with SQL (for analytics connectors/exports). Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and stakeholder communication. Nice to have (optional) Experience with multi-subsidiary, multi-currency environments and periodic close. Familiarity with sandbox → prod release practices and basic CSV imports.
