Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior MDM Specialist
with deep expertise in
Informatica Multidomain MDM
and
Data Governance
. The ideal candidate will design, integrate, and configure MDM solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple data domains. The role requires strong collaboration with data architects, GenAI engineers, and data stewards to maintain robust data governance and stewardship practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Informatica MDM integration between the MDM platform and AI-based Stewardship Agent.
- Perform data model mapping for HCP/HCO entities ensuring schema alignment and governance compliance.
- Define and configure match/merge, survivorship, and hierarchy rules per data stewardship SOPs.
- Support attribute-level stewardship logic (identifier precedence, name normalization, address standardization).
- Collaborate with data engineers and GenAI teams to implement API-based ingestion and write-back to Informatica.
- Ensure auditability, traceability, and data lineage for all data flows and stewardship actions.
- Conduct data validation, profiling, and cleansing using Informatica MDM tools.
- Support UAT and DSaaS governance validation, ensuring compliance with organizational frameworks.
- Document and maintain data flows, transformation rules, and integration mappings.
- Participate in post-deployment validation and hypercare support for production readiness.
Technical Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Multidomain MDM (10.x or higher).
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling, Match/Merge, Hierarchy Management, and Workflow Design.
- Experience configuring and managing Informatica Data Director (IDD).
- Proficiency with MDM Hub Console, Hub Store, IDQ, and ETL tools (PowerCenter / IICS).
- Deep understanding of MDM integration using REST APIs and MQ queues.
- Experience with reference datasets (e.g., IQVIA OneKey) and external API validation.
- Exposure to data governance, stewardship processes, and audit logging.
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Databricks, S3, and Delta Lake is preferred.

Good To Have Skills
- Exposure to Responsible AI and Explainable AI (XAI) frameworks.
- Familiarity with Pharma/Life Sciences commercial data and HCP/HCO entity management.
- Knowledge of Power BI dashboards for stewardship monitoring.
- Experience with AI/ML-based data matching or NLP-driven similarity scoring.
- Understanding of data privacy frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, PHI/PII compliance.
Minimum Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Informatica MDM / Data Governance certification preferred.
- 10+ years of total experience with 5+ years in MDM-specific delivery roles.
