Senior Marketing Specialist

Artemedy Business Innovations LLP is a design and marketing studio specializing in branding, influencer management, and creative production. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team and take charge of our end-to-end marketing function. In this role, you will lead a team of 3 marketing managers and be responsible for driving strategy while ensuring flawless execution in a fast-paced startup environment. As the marketing lead at Artemedy, your responsibilities will include overseeing client acquisition, managing influencer marketing, developing content strategy, building and managing relationships, and executing marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in building systems, motivating the team, and delivering exceptional results across all verticals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of 3 marketing managers - Develop and execute effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals - Drive client acquisition and manage key client relationships - Plan, lead, and manage influencer marketing campaigns - Oversee content strategy, including creative copywriting and brand storytelling - Conduct market research and analyze trends to refine strategies - Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success - Maintain high standards of client servicing and communication Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership or team lead capacity - Proven experience in influencer marketing and relationship management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills must excel in interactions with people - Leadership experience with a talent for team motivation and organization - Proficiency in content and campaign planning - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field If you have the required qualifications and skills for this role, please apply by sending your resume to SUPPORT@ARTEMEDY.COM.,
