Job Description: We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Ads Manager who lives and breathes digital ads and knows exactly what it takes to build reach, scale viewership, and convert clicks into a thriving community. This is a hybrid role across two fast-growing verticals: Let’s Talk Biz with Shubhagata – a podcast channel that needs strategic YouTube and Meta ad campaigns to boost views, subscribers, and engagement. Artemedy – our sister design and marketing studio, where you’ll lead performance-driven campaigns for client brands across industries (lead gen, conversion, funnel building, etc.). Your Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Plan and execute high-ROI YouTube ad campaigns (awareness, views, and subscriber growth) 🔹 Run Meta ads (IG/FB) to grow podcast community and amplify episode reach 🔹 Build and manage campaigns for Artemedy clients focused on lead generation, brand awareness , and conversions 🔹 Analyze ad performance data and constantly optimize for better results 🔹 Work with the content team to suggest creatives and hooks that convert 🔹 Research trends in podcast content, reels, thumbnails, and high-performing titles 🔹 Set up full-funnel strategy when required: landing pages, targeting, remarketing, etc. Who You Are: ✔️ Proven experience in running YouTube and Meta ads (1-3 yrs min) ✔️ Strong grasp of performance metrics, audience segmentation, A/B testing ✔️ Aware of what makes content clickable, watchable & shareable ✔️ Bonus if you’ve worked with D2C, podcast, or content-led brands ✔️ Comfortable managing budgets, reporting results, and suggesting improvements Location is South Delhi- work from office 3 days/week Portfolio: support@artemedy.com Show more Show less
