Influencer Marketing Manager

Artemedy is a design and influencer management studio founded in 2020. We are currently looking for a full-time on-site Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team in South Delhi, India. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and building relationships with influencers, negotiating and managing contracts, as well as tracking and analyzing campaign performance. Your day-to-day tasks will involve coordinating with influencers, creating content strategies, scripting, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with our overall marketing goals. In addition to this, you will be responsible for team coordination and management. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, proficiency in building relationships with influencers, skills in negotiating and managing contracts, and the ability to track and analyze campaign performance. Strong project management and organizational skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms, scripting, content strategy, basic video editing requirements, client acquisition, and brand management are also required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with prior experience in a similar role within a creative agency being MANDATORY.
