Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role (in South Delhi )for an Influencer Marketing Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and building relationships with influencers, negotiating and managing contracts, and tracking and analyzing campaign performance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with influencers, creating content strategies, working on scripting, conducting market research, and collaborating with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing goals. He/she will also be responsible for team coordination and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies
• Proficiency in identifying and building relationships with influencers
• Skills in negotiating and managing contracts
• Ability to track and analyze campaign performance
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Scripting and content strategy
• Basic video editing requirements
• Client acquisition and brand management (representing our agency to brands and clients)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role within a creative agency is MANDATORY
