About the Role:

Senior Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and LinkedIn
Create and manage high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to improve search rankings
Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-optimized and lead-focused content
Build and implement backlink strategies to boost domain authority and traffic
Monitor campaign performance through tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
Use CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) to manage, segment, and nurture leads
Align marketing efforts with sales teams to ensure high-quality lead flow and proper handoff
A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels to improve CTRs, conversions, and ROI
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights and growth plans

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and SEO
Proven track record of driving high-quality leads and improving organic traffic
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and project management skills

Preferred:

Experience in finance B2C/B2B service-based industry
