🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on university partnerships and B2B segments (TPOs, Colleges, Institutions).
• Lead initiatives to strengthen NxtWave’s employer brand through high-impact content, on-ground events, campus activations, and compelling case studies.
• Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including channel planning, vendor coordination, and budget management.
• Analyze performance data, track key metrics (engagement, leads, conversions), and optimize campaigns for better ROI and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Product, and Design to align messaging, branding, and campaign strategy.
• Build and manage strong relationships with institutional stakeholders, driving long-term campus partnerships.
• Identify and scale offline brand-building opportunities that improve awareness and trust among the student community.

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

• 3-6 years of experience in offline marketing, campus outreach, or BTL activations.
• Strong network and previous experience with college-level marketing or campus operations.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and on-ground activations.
• A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
