To ensure production of Transformers in accordance with planning & business requirement Ensuring 100% compliance with Quality parameters Ensure cycle time for each processes Ensure shopfloor discipline and team building Effective coordination with SCM , Quality, Testing , Execution and Marketing teams. Customer relationship and customer service Proficient in understanding of design and should be able to add value through design and related aspects Preferred candidate profile Minimum 15 years of experience of mass production of Distribution Transformers in range of 250 KV to 10 MVA of different designs and specifications.
