We are looking for Senior Marketing Manager- CVRM (Cardiovascular Renal Metabolism) & Respiratory &Immunology for a Global Pharmaceutical MNC based in Mumbai. Position: Senior Marketing Manager Experience: 5+ years Location: Mumbai Preferred therapy: Experience across any therapy area is acceptable, provided it involved full-cycle brand ownership Responsibilities: Lead Core Brand Marketing Activities : Develop and implement product strategies aligned with brand objectives. Own and drive quarterly and annual brand plans, aligned with business goals. Deliver full-spectrum marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive brand initiatives. Collaborate with global and regional teams for strategy localization. Sales & Field Force Support : Provide tactical marketing support, including training, messaging, and campaign tools. Ensure brand visibility and consistency across customer touchpoints. Customer Insights & Strategy Development : Engage with KOLs, physicians, and market stakeholders to gather and analyze insights. Translate insights into differentiated brand strategies. Business Analytics & Performance Management : Analyze brand performance metrics and market data. Identify and respond to market opportunities and threats proactively. Innovation & Campaign Execution : Design innovative digital and traditional marketing campaigns aligned with global strategy. Ensure campaigns reflect integration of the marketing mix and local market relevance. Ownership & Accountability : Take full ownership of brand/category P&L, growth metrics, and market share. Lead new brand launches (if applicable) from pre-launch planning to post-launch review. Qualifications MBA or PGDM in Marketing/Pharmaceutical Management from a Tier-1 B-School (Preferable) A background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology is preferred. 5–8 years of core pharmaceutical brand management experience , with demonstrated success in owning and leading brand strategy and execution. Proven track record in launching new brands/products is a strong advantage. Experience across any therapy area is acceptable, provided it involved full-cycle brand ownership.
