As a Senior Marketing Manager at Genius systems you will play a critical role in our Marketing team, responsible for generating inquiries from our existing customers or new customers. The ideal.

candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and have a strong flair for marketing

and meeting new people. In case of good experience and work skills we can also consider a

Diploma in electrical Engineering as an acceptable qualification. We intend to use the

candidates services for marketing our products in industry and would need the tenacity to

travel to industrial areas near Pune like Bhosari, Pimpri, Chinchwad, Chakan, Shirwal. Candidate should be from the same industry and should have knowledge of control panel marketing

Responsibilities:

Sales/Business development

• Sales target shall be issued which will have to be achieved on year-to-year basis. This will be

monitored every quarter.

• Develop a list of prospective customers with a plan to achieve sufficient market reach.

Documentation:

• As required by our ISO process, clear documentation will be required to be maintained w.r.t

each customer handled.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers,

production engineers and other stakeholders to ensure design alignment with project goals.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay on a look out for new emerging markets.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Competitor analysis:

• Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends to develop strategies to maintain a

competitive edge.

Lead Generation:

• Generate and qualify leads them for further conversion into potential customers.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing management or BE Electrical.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of ISO Standards and documentation.
