Senior Marketing Manager

Someone who can look beyond dashboards, identify product gaps, and craft campaigns that connect with the right audience in the right way.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage & optimize

  Meta and Google Ads

  campaigns.
• Drive performance and visibility across

  Marketplaces like Amazon & Flipkart.

• Analyze data to understand trends, improve targeting, and scale ROI.
• Build marketing strategies that combine

  creativity, data, and storytelling.

• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify brand reach and growth.

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in

  performance marketing & marketplace management.

• Strong understanding of

  customer journey and digital ad ecosystems.

• A mix of

  data-driven mindset

  and

  creative thinking.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Ready to take ownership from Day 1.
