The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and event marketing efforts. Responsibilities include managing marketing budgets, leading a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Additionally, the role will involve building partnerships to expand awareness and ensuring alignment with Hotel Palacios brand vision. Qualifications Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Management expertise Experience with Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing Leadership, Team Management, and Cross-functional Collaboration skills Analytical skills, Budget Management experience, and Data-driven Decision Making Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation abilities Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Proven experience in the hospitality or nightlife industry is an advantage
