Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our pharmaceutical product strategy and market penetration efforts. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to expand our reach in the health optimization and longevity market. Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand awareness in pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Drive B2B and B2C sales for our cutting-edge sirtuin-activating products. Build relationships with healthcare providers, research institutions, and pharma distribution networks. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in longevity and cellular health domains. Lead digital campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives across platforms including LinkedIn, industry publications, and scientific events. Collaborate with R&D and product teams to translate scientific innovation into compelling marketing narratives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related fields. 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, preferably in biotech or longevity sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful marketing campaigns. Strong network in healthcare, pharma distribution, or scientific communities is a plus.
