Job Summary:

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  Identify and convert potential clients through direct marketing, networking, and industry contacts.

• Industry Networking:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, project developers, electrical contractors, OEMs, and EPC companies.

• Market Research & Analysis:

  Study market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights and strategies.

• Brand Building & Promotion:

  Execute brand strategies through offline and online platforms, including exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, and digital campaigns.

• Proposal Development & Presentation:

  Coordinate with technical and sales teams to create and present customized proposals to clients.

• Marketing Collaterals:

  Develop brochures, catalogs, case studies, and project references in collaboration with the design and documentation teams.

• Coordination with Production and Design Team:

  Ensure proper alignment between marketing initiatives and client requirements, including technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  
• Minimum

  34 years of marketing experience

  in a

  control panel manufacturing or electrical equipment company

• Strong B2B marketing background with knowledge of the industrial sales cycle
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Good understanding of tendering processes and project-based sales
  
• Willingness to travel between

  Mumbai and Pune

  as required
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing platforms
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of LT panels, APFC panels, MCC, PCC, and PLC/SCADA-based systems
  
• Existing network of industrial contacts, consultants, or system integrators
  
• Prior experience in managing marketing budgets and ROI tracking
