Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion & Channel Development

• Identify and evaluate new marketing channels, partnerships, and distribution networks to accelerate business growth.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for untapped regions and verticals.

• Product Strategy & Innovation

• Conduct gap analysis to identify unmet market needs and propose new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D and Sales to conceptualize and launch new product lines aligned with market demand.

• Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Lead competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and trend analysis.
• Deliver actionable insights through regular market reports and dashboards.

• Brand Positioning & Communication

• Refine TELs brand messaging across platforms to reinforce technical excellence and emotional resonance.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, product launches, and dealer engagement initiatives.

• Cross-functional Leadership

• Work closely with Sales, Design, and Product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Marketing or equivalent; Preferably Work Experience from Switchgear, Electrical Industry, or B2B Industrial Marketing preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in electronics, electrical, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven record of accomplishment in market analysis, product development, and channel strategy.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and data visualization.
