Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop and maintain strong

    brand positioning

    aligned with the companys long-term vision and market strategy.
  • Plan and execute brand-building campaigns across

    ATL, BTL,

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and customer communication touchpoints.
  • Lead the development of product catalogs, brochures, swatch books, display kits, and other marketing collaterals.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Create annual marketing plans, budgets, and promotional calendars for domestic and export markets.
  • Execute product launches, market activation campaigns, dealer/architect engagement programs, and brand-led initiatives.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with market needs and support sales growth through targeted activities.

Digital Marketing

  • Oversee website management, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and online branding campaigns.
  • Drive digital lead generation, online engagement, and overall digital brand presence.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies for content creation, campaign execution, analytics, and performance improvements.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking, industry trend analysis, customer insights, and pricing studies for strategic decision-making.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze effectiveness, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and contribute to product development and brand innovation strategies.

Channel & Trade Marketing

  • Develop trade marketing plans for dealers, distributors, influencers, and architects.
  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions, architect meets, influencer collaborations, and industry networking events.
  • Manage POS materials, display stands, sample kits, showroom branding, and on-ground promotional activities.

Content & Communication Management

  • Ensure high-quality content development for advertising, branding, storytelling, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies for ATL/BTL campaigns, photoshoots, videos, product promotion films, and creative brand assets.

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Prepare, monitor, and control the marketing budget effectively.
  • Manage and evaluate vendor performance, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of materials and campaigns.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of

    laminate / building materials / interior products

    industry.
  • Expertise in

    ATL, BTL, marketing

    , brand positioning, and product communication.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and brand storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
  • Strong project management, planning, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, R&D, design, and production teams.
  • Leadership abilities for managing teams and external agencies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA in Marketing / Branding or equivalent specialization.
  • 8–18 years of experience in brand and marketing roles, preferably in

    laminates, plywood, interior, architectural, or building material industries

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    ATL/BTL campaigns, brand positioning, digital marketing, and trade marketing

    .
  • Proven track record of managing creative agencies, digital agencies, trade activations, and promotional activities.
