Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited, with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership

Skills and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the resort, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
Supervise and mentor staff members to improve performance and productivity.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing resorts or hotels, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving
Skills with attention to detail.
