About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Application & Omniverse Platform team. This leader will drive the development of immersive, scalable, and intelligent digital solutions by managing a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, NVIDIA Omniverse specialists, 3D/VR/AR designers and developers, and mobile/application developers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of industrial applications, digital twins, and collaborative platforms for manufacturing and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to engineering teams specializing in Omniverse, 3D/VR/AR, and mobile/application development.
• Architect and deliver next-generation digital platforms and applications leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse, real-time 3D simulation, and immersive technologies.
• Oversee the design, integration, and deployment of digital twins, 3D/VR/AR experiences, and mobile solutions for industrial and enterprise use cases.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, design, data science, and manufacturing domain experts to ensure solutions meet business and technical objectives.
• Champion engineering excellence through best practices in Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and system design.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and interoperability across cloud and edge environments.
• Lead talent development, hiring, and organizational design to build a high-performing, innovative engineering culture.
• Stay current with advancements in Omniverse, AR/VR, mobile, and Industry 4.0 technologies, and drive their adoption within the team.
• Partner with leadership on product strategy, technical roadmaps, and vendor/partner ecosystems (NVIDIA, Unity, Unreal, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms, preferably with 3D/VR/AR and mobile components.
• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, USD, and real-time 3D graphics or simulation platforms.
• Strong programming background (Python, C++, or similar), and familiarity with 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya) and CAD integration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including software engineers, 3D/VR/AR designers, and mobile developers.
• Deep understanding of digital twin concepts, immersive technologies, and their application in industrial or enterprise contexts.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AR/VR/XR application development for industrial or enterprise use cases.
• Knowledge of IIoT, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AI/ML for predictive analytics, simulation optimization, or intelligent automation.
• Exposure to cybersecurity for OT/IT systems and integration with MES/ERP/PLM platforms.
• Published work, patents, or contributions in digital manufacturing, simulation, or Industry 4.0 technologies.
