- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and create tailored RCS/CPaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs of CPaaS capabilities including RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice.
- Prepare solution proposals, RFIs, RFPs, and presentations aligned with customer goals.
- Map customer use-cases to product features and create mock journeys or proof-of-concept campaigns.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Stay updated on GSMA RCS protocols, Google Jibe standards, and CPaaS industry trends.
- Develop and execute GTM plans for CPaaS offerings, especially new RCS-based features or integrations.
- Help create enablement content for sales (pitch decks, battle cards, use-case playbooks).
- Define competitive positioning, ICP alignment, and vertical messaging for CPaaS.
- Partner with product marketing to support launch readiness and messaging consistency.
- Participate in analyst briefings, webinars, and industry events to establish thought leadership.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or GTM roleswithin a SaaS, CPaaS, or Telecom environment.
- Strong domain know owledge in CPaaS (RCS, SMS) and understanding of messaging workflows, fallback logic, and APIs.
- Demonstrated success in owning solution cycles with enterprise clients.
- Exposure to GTM planning and cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, and product.
- Familiarity with customer engagement use-cases in industries like BFSI, eCommerce, Retail, or D2C.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools for API testing is a plus.
- Any Graduate , MBA - Marketing and International Business preferred.
