Job Overview: -

Job Responsibilities: -

  1. Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  2. Develop a structured approach for conducting stay and exit interviews, leveraging insights to drive OD-based interventions focused on retaining and nurturing high-potential talent.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert in key HR areas such as employee feedback, employee relations, organizational development (OD), and change management, providing strategic support to leadership.
  4. Be able to present information for all levels of a company on people issues, Org. Policies, Team Management, satisfaction surveys etc.
  5. Implementation of Rewards & Recognition interventions to increase employee engagement & be proactive in planning employee career progression and development.
  6. Develop a structured approach towards Stay interviews and Exit interviews, and design an action plan/initiatives to ensure retention and growth of high-potential employees.
  7. Collaborate with the Chief People Officer as a regular activity to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.

Desired profile of the candidate: -

  1. Minimum 12-15 years of experience in people management.
  2. Preferably an MBA in human resources, and must have some industry experience from healthcare or hospital.
  3. Capable of working independently, either as an individual contributor or in a managerial capacity.
  4. Should come from a structured and process driven organization.
  5. Strong People centric approach.
  6. Should have handled people KPIs/KRAs, designing & evaluate effectiveness.
  7. Statutory requirements, hands on with the approach.
  8. Team player, good time-management skills
  9. Adaptable and able to manage change.
  10. Excellent MS Office skills and presentation skills.
  11. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  12. Experience in managing Compensation & Benefits will be an added advantage.
